Manage logistics, communication, transportation, and installation of site infrastructure elements, ensuring timely delivery and setup. Oversee the installation and removal of temporary infrastructure for the event, including stages, tents, lighting rigs, power generators, and fencing.

Sustainability & Waste Diversion

Oversee waste disposal and recycling systems, including vendor waste, audience litter, and backstage materials. Develop and implement eco-friendly practices throughout the event lifecycle, minimizing environmental impact.

Special Projects Management

Lead the planning and execution of unique and innovative elements within the event, such as interactive installations, special performances, or branded partnerships. Manage budgets, timelines, and communication for assigned projects, ensuring seamless integration with the overall event.

Logistics & Transportation Management

Manage transportation logistics for artists, staff, and/or VIP guests. Plan and manage the movement of equipment, materials, and personnel throughout the event lifecycle, including pre-production, event day, and post-event breakdown.

Equipment Sourcing + Management

Manage equipment rental contracts, logistics, and on-site dissemination.

Vendor & Food Truck Coordination

Coordinate vendor layout and logistics, negotiate contracts with vendors, manage permits and licenses, and ensure food safety compliance.

Venue Sourcing & Negotiation:

Research and identify suitable venues that align with the event's requirements and budget. Negotiate contracts with venue owners, securing favorable terms and addressing logistical considerations.

Site Scheduling & Coordination:

Develop and communicate detailed site schedules for all aspects of the event, including stage transitions, vendor operations, security patrols, and equipment usage. Coordinate tasks and activities between different departments to ensure smooth flow and prevent scheduling conflicts.
